What is the main aim of the ODP?

The main of the ODP precincts are to guide future subdivision and development in the area. West Martin Precinct 1 and West Martin Precinct 2 are currently both operational.

What has happened?

A range of planning initiatives have been undertaken for the West Martin Precincts 1 & 2, including:

  • Council adoption of West Martin Precinct 1 & West Martin Precinct 2
  • State Government approval of West Martin Precinct 1 & West Martin Precinct 2.
