The amendment documentation and ODP were advertised from 21 January 2004 to 3 March 2004 for public comment, and referred to relevant government agencies.
Letters were sent to all landowners within the Precinct 2 and to those with properties in the immediate vicinity. A copy of this documentation was made available in the Councillors Common Room for perusal.
Government agencies were also advised of proposals for Southern River Road and comments requested concurrently with the advertising of the ODP as the two issues are considered closely related.
