The 303 (Lot 1) Corfield Street Structure Plan relates to 3.4663ha of land abutting Seaforth Primary School to the north and the Della Vedova landholding to the south and opposite the Corfield Shopping Centre. The structure plan was approved by the Western Australian Planning Commission on 7 July 2017.
What is the main aim of the project?
