Each venue can cater for weddings, engagements, birthdays, sport and fitness, seminars and meetings.
All halls include a kitchen, tables and chairs.
Read the booking conditions
Bookings must be made by a person aged 18 and over, at least two weeks before your event.
Allow time for set up and for clean-up immediately afterwards (one hour only).
All events must end by midnight (with clean-up until 1am)
A bond of up to $1,000 applies for all social function bookings.
You will need registered crowd controllers for any function deemed "high risk". This is determined by the type of activity, number of attendees, consumption of alcohol, serving of food, and live or amplified music.
Most venues are reserved for social events only, on Friday and Saturday nights.
Your booking will be held as tentative for two days. Payment must be made within 14 days.
Booking can be made for dates within the next 12 months. Exceptions are made for regular hirers.
All events of a social nature are required to book for a minimum of four hours.
If you wish to consume or sell alcohol at your function, you will be issued with a liquor permit from the City.
If you wish to sell alcohol, you will need an occasional liquor licence
