An Outline Development Plan (ODP) known as the Eileen Street Precinct 1 ODP has been adopted by Council for the area generally bound by Eileen Street and Eudoria Street, Gosnells.
What is the main aim of the ODP?
The main aim of the ODP is guide future subdivision and development in the area. The ODP is currently operational.
What has happened?
A range of planning initiatives have been undertaken for the Eileen Street ODP, including:
- Extensive community consultation
- OCM report for consideration of landowners submissions
- Council adoption of the Eileen Street Precinct 1 ODP
- State Government approval of the Eileen Street Precinct 1 ODP.
