The Southern River Precinct 3A (South) Outline Development Plan relates to 11.6ha of land bound by Southern River Road, Holmes Street, Matison Street and Balannup Drain.
What is the main aim of the project?
The purpose of the Outline Development Plan is to guide future subdivision and development in that area. The ODP has been prepared in accordance with the Southern River Precinct 3 Local Structure Plan.
