This social game is for men and women 55+ who are keen to improve their fitness, balance, strength, coordination, flexibility and mobility.

Lifeball is safe, non-contact game is played at a walking pace and is lots of fun.

Sessions are held at the Thornlie Community Centre.

Please note that places are limited so bookings are essential.

This program is open to City of Gosnells residents aged 55+
