Lifeball

Make new friends and learn this social game for men and women 55+ .  Lifeball is safe, non-contact game played at a walking pace and is lots of fun.

Staying active has a wide variety of benefits including improved fitness, balance, strength, coordination, flexibility and mobility.

Sessions are held at the newly renamed Homestead Park Centre, 14 Glenbrook Rd, Thornlie.

This program is open to City of Gosnells residents aged 55+
