The Lyal Richardson Hall is located within the Agonis building which also houses the Knowledge Centre Library and Lotteries House. The hall features a commercial-style kitchen, jarrah flooring and direct access to a fully enclosed courtyard.
The hall provides general space for community organisations to operate from as well as private functions. The hall is reserved for events of a social nature between 4pm and midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
