  • Capacity building programs for seniors including brain training, exergaming, pole walking, chair yoga, singing, tai chi and more.
  • Monthly activities such as workshops and outings
  • Meals on Wheels, in-centre dining (lunch only) and hairdresser by appointment - see the What's Here tab above

Volunteering

Volunteering gets you involved in your community while helping others.  The Addie Mills Centre provides many programs and services to seniors and people with disability that require volunteers. If you’re interested in volunteering, please contact the Addie Mills Centre.

Venue Hire

Venue hire for meetings and workshops are available, for "not for profit organisations" that provide services to seniors or people with disability and their families.
