Time extensions and amendments to approved plans

The Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 allow landowners to apply to amend a previously granted planning approval. To do this please provide:

  • Completed and signed Application for Development Approval form
  • Covering letter advising of number of years sought (up to two years) for time extensions
  • Covering letter listing schedule of amendments and amended plans where amendments are being sought
  • The relevant application fee, being 30% of original Development Application fee (minimum of $150 - maximum of $295).

Amendments to Development Applications can be lodged through the City's online lodgement portal (using the new application process).
