Central Park Avenue Reserve

A large circular lake located in the centre of this 3.15 hectare neighbourhood reserve making it the perfect place for the community to visit.

The 28 palm trees that frame the lake were transported down from Millstream between the late 1980's and early 1990's.

Plane trees and other tall stands of trees provide the reserve with valuable shade.

A pathway network around the lake, over the footbridges and towards the corners of the reserve allows for easy access.

Fountains can be adjusted for special events with two weeks' notice. Fountains may be turned off due to bird nesting. Repairs to fountains can take up to 14 days.

Open grassed areas provide a range of opportunity where recreational activities can be enjoyed.
