Community members have a bright new space in the heart of Gosnells, with the redevelopment of the Gosnells Town Square now complete.

The project has significantly improved access from Albany Highway, after removal of a large retaining wall that previously separated this area from the road and footpath.

It provides a safe, welcoming space for residents, workers and visitors in the area.

A new central lawn and fogging feature with lights and sound, along with new seating around the existing trees has created a restful place for everyone to enjoy a break outdoors.

The redevelopment also features new energy-efficient lighting, brightly coloured furniture, public art and landscaping, including locally-sourced granite boulders from the Holcim Australia quarry.

Additional parking will be created by asphalting the adjacent vacant land.
