Lodging a Development Application
Development Applications can be lodged online through the City’s Online Lodgement and Tracking portal.
Once you’ve lodged your application, an invoice will be emailed to you for payment.
All applications should be accompanied by the relevant application form, fee, certificate of title, checklist and other relevant information which can be found in Forms, Fees and Checklists.
Development Application Timeframes
Once a Development Application is lodged with all the required information and the fee is paid, you will receive an acknowledgement that your application is accepted. The application will be determined within 60 days or 90 days if consultation with neighbours, Government Agencies or the wider community is required.
Online Application Tracking
Track your application using the City’s Online Lodgement and Tracking Portal by entering your Application Number or the property details.
