The City of Gosnells proposes to licence three car bays situated on Amherst Road, Canning Vale adjacent to 271 Amherst Road, Canning Vale to Woolworths Group Limited. The agreed rental is $0 pa. The term is 5 years. A licensed valuation suggested a rental of $2,700 pa may be achievable. Anyone wishing to make a submission on this proposal should do so in writing, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer at 2120 Albany Highway Gosnells WA 6110 before 24 May 2021.
