PROPOSED RIMMER LANE STRUCTURE PLAN – LOTS 4, 9 – 11, 21, 100, 301 & 502 RIMMER LANE AND LOTS 1, 2 & 13 ROYAL STREET, KENWICK

A Structure Plan has been prepared for Lots 4, 9 – 11, 21, 100, 301 and 502 Rimmer Lane and Lots 1, 2 and 13 Royal Street, Kenwick. The purpose of the Structure Plan is to facilitate the development of the land for residential and public open space purposes.

The City is now advertising the proposal for public comment. Submissions should be lodged in writing to the City using a submission form by no later than 3 August 2018, either posted to PO Box 662 Gosnells WA 6990 or delivered in person to the City’s Administration Centre at 2120 Albany Highway, Gosnells, during normal business hours.

Scheme Amendment No. 180 to Town Planning Scheme No. 6

Council at its meeting of 24 April 2018 resolved to advertise proposed Amendment No. 180 to Town Planning Scheme No. 6.  This amendment proposes to rezone land that is currently zoned Mixed Business to a Highway Commercial zone.  The land affected by this amendment is on the southern side of Albany Highway between Burslem Drive and Olga Road.

The City is now advertising the proposal for public comment.  The following documents are provided for your information.

Submissions should be lodged in writing to the City using the submission form by no later than 10 August 2018 either posted to PO Box 662 Gosnells WA 6990 or delivered in person to the City’s Administration Centre at 2120 Albany Highway, Gosnells, during normal business hours.

Proposed Maddington Kenwick Strategic Employment Area Precinct 3A Structure Plan – Amendment No. 1 – Lot 414 Grove Road, Kenwick

Please be advised that the City have extended the Public Comment period by one week, with Submissions to be lodged no later than 19 July 2018

 A Structure Plan amendment has been prepared for Precinct 3A of the Maddington Kenwick Strategic Employment Area. The amendment specifically relates to the inclusion of Lot 414 Grove Road, Kenwick into the Structure Plan area.

The City is now advertising the proposal for public comment. Submissions should be lodged in writing to the City using a submission form by no later than 12 July 2018, either posted to PO Box 662 Gosnells WA 6990 or delivered in person to the City's Administration Centre at 2120 Albany Highway, Gosnells, during normal business hours.
