To ensure fairness and transparency, the City has policies and processes for managing purchasing and tenders that meet the requirement of the Local Government Act 1995 and the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996.

Tenders, Request for Quotes and Expressions of Interest

The City of Gosnells currently invites organisations to bid for the supply of goods and/or services via the City’s eProcurement system 360. This portal provides suppliers easy access to information regarding:

• Request for Tenders (RFT)
• Request for Quotes (RFQ)
• Expression of Interest (EOI)

Suppliers must register to access the City’s eProcurement system. Once registered, you will receive email notifications or any new opportunities published.

The City also advertises in The West Australian newspaper under the ‘Local Government Tenders’ section.
