On this day June 20, 2024 we celebrate the strength and courage of people who have been forced to flee their home country to escape conflict or persecution.

World Refugee Day is an occasion to build empathy and understanding for their plight and to recognize their resilience in rebuilding their lives.

We welcome guest speaker - Somalian born Luul Ibraahim who at the age of three, during the war and conflict with her family fled to Kakuma Refugee Camp in Kenya.

Join us as Luul shares her emotional journey to "Finding Freedom"
