Missed bin

Please leave the bin out for collection in its usual position by 6 am on the next working day. Bins are usually collected the next business day, however it may take up to 2 business days.

Damaged bin

  • Please submit your request for repair or replacement of a damaged bin after your bin has been emptied on your scheduled bin collection day.
  • Please leave the empty, damaged bin out on the verge of your property until it is repaired or replaced.
  • Bins are generally repaired/replaced within 2 –3 working days after we receive your request.
  • Include in your request which part of the bin requires repair.
  • We will assess whether your bin needs to be repaired or replaced.

Stolen bin

Please specify in your request the approximate date bin was stolen and location kept when stolen.
