Profile - Kylie Dalton

I am honoured to have been elected as a City of Gosnells Councillor, representing the vibrant community of Thornlie where I have proudly resided for over 15 years. Having raised my family in this city and actively engaged with the local school system, I have witnessed firsthand the unique needs and aspirations of our residents. My roots in Western Australia, coupled with a military background in Public Relations, have equipped me with a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of effective communication.

With over two decades of dedicated service in the Not-for-Profit sector, I currently serve as the Chief Operating Officer of the Child Cancer Research Foundation. My extensive experience in governance and risk management has earned me the title of Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, reflecting my commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethical and effective leadership. I am eager to apply these skills to contribute meaningfully to the development and prosperity of the City of Gosnells.

One of the aspects that fuels my passion for this city is its incredible multicultural fabric. I am genuinely excited about the prospect of fostering an environment that celebrates diversity, promoting cultural richness, and supporting local businesses. As I embark on this new journey as a City of Gosnells Councillor, I look forward to collaborating with fellow Councillors and community members, leveraging my knowledge and skills to ensure the continued growth and success of this remarkable city we call home.
