Your library card is used to borrow or access physical and digital library resources. To check your physical loans and reservations, use your library card and password to login here, or, you may like to consider downloading the app. If you forget your password you can reset it from the library catalogue login page (an email will be sent to you). You can also manage your savedlists and item reviews once you are logged in. If you have borrowed e-resources you will need to access them through the same app you borrowed them from, as staff are not able to access these for you.
You are responsible for all items borrowed on your card regardless of who uses it, so keep your card safe and advise us if it is lost or stolen. You can use the lost library card notification form to do this, or simply phone or email the library.
It is important to keep your membership details up to date. If you change your address, phone number, or other details you can update your membership online, or notify the library by phone, email, or on your next library visit. Documentary proof of your new address will be required on your next visit.

You can choose to receive your reservation and reminder notices via email by adjusting your membership settings online, or let a staff member know next time you visit a library.
