The City's libraries provide alternative accessibility options such as a home delivery service for housebound members and free bus transport. Conditions apply.

Young Peoples Library services
Babies, children and teens have their own special areas within each library. Their needs are considered by library staff responsible for selecting the stock and coordinating the programs and activities at each library.
Pop Up Library
The City has introduced a Pop Up Library which will be appearing at various community events and local venues to introduce people to the wonderful array of free services offered at the City’s four libraries.
Need assistance with modern technology? Library members have access to services and resources to help understand the sometimes overwhelming world of new technology.
