What is the main aim of the ODP?
The purpose of the Outline Development Plan (ODP) is to guide future subdivision and development in that area. The ODP is currently operational.
What has happened?
A range of planning initiatives have been undertaken for Yule Brook Precinct 1, including:
- Council Initiation of the ODP
- Extensive community consultation
- Council Adoption of the ODP
- Council Adoption of Amendment No. 60
- State Government Approval of the Chamberlain Street ODP & Amendment No. 60.
