Harry Potter Day is happening on 12 October. Each of the four City of Gosnells libraries is hosting a special event, so we've had to change Harry Potter Day to Harry Potter Days to fit it all in!
This year's theme is Magical Places. From the warmth of the Hogwarts dining hall to the gloomy potions lab deep in the castle, there's a whole wizarding world to explore at your local library. Each library will be a magical place to practise your spells, find your house and much more! Witches, wizards and muggles are welcome to share their love for all things Harry Potter at one of our events.

What is Harry Potter Book Day?
Harry Potter Book Day is a fun celebration of J.K. Rowling’s iconic series. Fans around the globe have a chance to share their love for the wizarding world with events, parties and other festivities. Previously Harry Potter Book Night, this special day was created by Bloomsbury, publisher of the Harry Potter book series. Each year, the City of Gosnells Library Services runs various events and activities to join in the celebration of one of the most popular book series in our collection.
