Term expires: 15 October, 2027

Mob: 0430 198 955

Adam is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our community through his role as Deputy Mayor. He brings fresh concepts and ideas to the council, working closely with residents to ensure that decisions and strategies align with community values.

Adam was born in Gosnells and raised in Huntingdale, Gosnells, and Lesmurdie. A Thornlie resident for over a decade, Adam, with his wife Chanelle, chose the area to buy their first home and start a family. Returning to his roots, Adam has actively contributed to the community. He founded the Thornlie Community Noticeboard with local community leaders and has served various local groups as a member or board member. His commitment to community well-being is evident in his past role, where he helped run a Men's Mental Health support program in Kenwick.

Adam's motivation to join the council stemmed from his vision of a collaborative effort between the council and the community to unlock the potential of the Canning and Southern Rivers, involve residents in the City of Gosnells' affairs, and establish stronger partnerships with local law enforcement. Elected as a councillor in 2019, Adam made history in 2021 by becoming the youngest Deputy Mayor in the City of Gosnells. In 2022, he earned the inaugural WA Local Government Young Achiever Award for his outstanding contributions to community engagement, ensuring that council decisions truly reflected the voices of the people.

Beyond his council duties, Adam is a hospital pharmacist specializing in advanced heart failure and cardiac transplantation at Royal Perth Hospital and Fiona Stanley Hospital. Recently appointed as the Chief Pharmacist at the WA Country Health Service’s head office, he is leading transformative initiatives in regional healthcare. During his leisure time, Adam enjoys quality moments with his two young children, engages in paddleboarding, and explores his passion for drone photography.
