Local Planning Policy 1.3 – Exempted Development
At its meeting of 25 August 2026, Council resolved to adopt Local Planning Policy 1.3 - Exempted Development.
The minor modifications introduce exemptions for advertising signage to reflect the exemptions which are included in Town Planning Scheme No. 6 but which were not carried over into Local Planning Scheme No. 24.
