Library membership
Library memberships are available to all residents of Western Australia and you do not have to be a resident of the City of Gosnells to become a member. Membership is free, although applicants living at a temporary address may have borrowing restrictions applied.
Full membership
A full membership with the libraries will give you access to the libraries physical and digital resources.
To become a full member, you must provide 70 points of identification including proof of your current home address, a photo, and a signature. Parents or legal guardians must be linked to all children under 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age your application must be signed by your parent or legal guardian.
Fill in the form below and visit any of the City of Gosnells Libraries with your proof of identification to receive a library card. You are responsible for all items borrowed on your card regardless of who uses it, so keep your card safe and advise us immediately if it is lost or stolen.
