Code of conduct for council, committee members and candidates

The City’s Code of Conduct for Councillors, Committee Members and Candidates required under the Local Government (Model Code of Conduct) Regulations 2021 sets general principles to guide behaviour of Council Members, Committee Members and Candidates. It also provides details on complaints about alleged breaches made under Clause 11(1) of the Code.
