Library meeting rooms

Meeting rooms are available at the City's libraries to hire for a small charge:

• Standard Hire $20.50 per hour or part thereof
• Incorporated/ Not for profit groups $15.50 per hour or part thereof
• Incorporated / Not for profit groups (18 and under / 55 and over) $12.00 per hour or part thereof

Submit an online expression of interest form for room hire, or phone your preferred library direct to make a confirmed booking.
Rooms are only available during library opening hours and are booked regularly, so you may also wish to consider other venues within the City.

Amherst Village Library's meeting room is limited to a maximum of 20 people (seated).

Gosnells Library - Scott meeting room

Gosnells Library's meeting room is limited to a maximum of 12 people (seated).

Thornlie Library - Meeting room

Thornlie Library's meeting room is limited to a maximum of 10 people (seated).

Mills Park Library - Quiet room

Mills Park Library's quiet room is limited to a maximum of 4 people (seated).

Thornlie LIbrary - Group study room

Thornlie Library's group study room is limited to a maximum of 8 people (seated) and is free to use.

Thornlie Library - Tech room

Thornlie Library's Tech Room is limited to a maximum of 5 people (seated) and is free to use.

Amherst Village Library - CoGLAB

The CoGLAB is open as a multipurpose study space and creative workspace throughout most library opening hours.
