Cancellations

To cancel your membership, visit “My Dashboard” via the online portal or email leisurew@gosnells.wa.gov.au.

Cancellations require three days’ notice. As per the Terms and Conditions, the City is not obliged to refund any portion of membership fees. No refunds will be issued for direct debits already processed.

Holds

To place your membership on hold, visit “My Dashboard” via the online portal or email leisurew@gosnells.wa.gov.au.

A date range must be provided and cannot be backdated. Non‑medical holds cannot exceed two months on 12‑month upfront memberships.
