The following deadlines apply as part of the application process. Please refer to the relevant season.
Applications for Season Close
Pre-Season Training (Form A) and Reserve Hire (Form B). Included is an application for Winter/Summer Season – Reserve Hire form. This needs to be completed and delivered to the City’s Civic Centre by the nominated date for your season.

Contracts for Seasonal Allocations Issued
Seasonal Allocation contracts will be sent to your nominated club contact.

Final Player Numbers Due to the City
You must notify the City of your final player numbers for the season. This can be done by calling
9397 3000 or emailing
facilitiesbookings@gosnells.wa.gov.au.
Following this, the City will send your club an invoice for the required amount in accordance with the City’s Fees and Charges.

Seasonal Reserve Hire Accounts Due in Full
The account as per the invoice sent to your club must be paid in full by this time.

Keys may not be held over from one season to the next.
