Draft New Local Planning Policy – Dust, Erosion and Sediment Management
At its meeting of 13 October 2026, Council resolved to advertise draft Local Planning Policy – Dust, Erosion and Sediment Management.
The proposed policy will provide controls and guidance for planning decision making in relation to the management and control of dust, erosion and sediment from development sites to limit their negative impacts.
To view a copy of draft Local Planning Policy – Dust, Erosion and Sediment Management and make a submission go to yoursay.gosnells.wa.gov.au/planning. Submissions can be made by no later than 13 November 2026 (being 21 days from the date of this notice).
