Southern River Precinct 3D Structure Plan
The Local Structure Plan (LSP) relates to five properties and portions of the Forrestdale Main Drain (FMD), bounded by Holmes Street to the north-east, Matison Street to the north-west and Passmore Street to the south-east.
What is the main aim of the project?
The purpose of the Local Structure Plan is to guide future subdivision and development in that area.
What has been happening?
The LSP was approved by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) on 26 November 2019.
An amendment was recently approved by the WAPC however modifications are to be made after which it will return to the WAPC for final endorsement.
