Early Ratepayers Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

This prize draw is being held and promoted by the City of Gosnells.

Participation in the Bonus Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  • The draw is open to ratepayers of the City of Gosnells who pay the full amount due as listed on their 2026/27 Rate Notice before 5.00pm (WST) Friday 4 September 2026.
  • Payment must be received before the closing date above to go into the draw.
  • The promotion commences with the delivery of Rate Notices.
  • Councillors and employees of the City and the sponsoring organisation (Westpac) are ineligible to win.
  • The total prize pool consists of one Westpac Reward Saver Account valued at $2,000, one Westpac Reward Saver Account valued at $1,500 and ten credit vouchers for the amount of $500 each.
  • Prizes can be won by residential ratepayers only.
  • Prize winners will be drawn at the City of Gosnells Civic Centre, by random computer selection on Wednesday 9 September 2026 before 5.00pm (WST).
  • Winners will be notified by mail or email in the week commencing Monday 14 September 2026, and before Monday 5 October 2026.
  • The twelve prize winners will be chosen at random from a database of all eligible rate payments received.
  • Cash prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
  • Credit vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, used for the payment of hire bonds or used towards payment of City rates notices. Credit vouchers can be transferred to an association or another ratepayer by written notification to the City.
  • The decision by the City of Gosnells regarding the awarding of prizes is final and no debate will be entered into.
