The Agonis

The Lyal Richardson Hall is located within The Agonis building which also houses the Gosnells Library and Lotteries House. The hall features a commercial kitchen, jarrah flooring and direct access to a fully enclosed courtyard.

The hall provides general space for community organisations to operate from as well as private functions. The hall is reserved for events of a social nature between 4pm and midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

Social function hire fees are applicable for bookings where food is served and consumed, excluding the basic provision of tea, coffee and biscuits.

Access guide

There is level access from the Albany Highway side of the building.
The site slopes back towards the river, with ramps or stairs providing access from the lower car park level.
Six accessible parking bays on hall (library) side of building - three near Federation Parade (one close to ramp and two against fence closer to medical centre), three closer to Albany Highway, with two of those being in the main car park.
