Lander Swamp Reserve

This neighbourhood reserve curves around the outside of the Lander Swamp Bushland which contains slightly over 4.5 hectares of vegetated land.

A large lookout at the corner of Castlewood Parkway and Didcot Street with breathtaking views over looking the Lander Swamp Bushland, the residential properties of Southern River and in the distance Perth Hills.

A large playground area under shade sails caters for children's play with nearby exercise equipment for residents to utilise close to home.

A range of pleasing landscape elements including curved mulched garden beds and generous open grassed areas and an extensive network of pathways allows easy access for members of the community moving through the park from the surrounding streets.
