Appledore Street Reserve

This neighbourhood reserve is slightly in excess of half a hectare providing recreation opportunities including an upgraded playground and a basketball ring with a large court area for children’s play and activities.

With generous open grassed areas, park users are able to enjoy informal ball games or other recreational pursuits.

The reserve is shaded by stands of native trees and is easily accessible by pathways that traverse the length of the reserve.

The multi-use outdoor courts at Mills Park allow you to play tennis, basketball and netball all year round. All courts are floodlit, allowing for play until 9pm.

Mills Park skate plaza

The Mills Park Skate Plaza caters for skateboard, scooter and BMX riders.

Rochester Park

This neighbourhood reserve of over 7000 square metres includes play equipment with shade sails for children’s play and a picnic table under shelter for small family gatherings.

Romney Street Reserve

A small local park that provides a playground and a generous open grassed area for children's play or other recreational pursuits such as small family gatherings.

Temby Street Reserve

This neighbourhood reserve of just under 4500 square meters includes play equipment and generous open grassed areas for children's play or other recreational pursuits.

Wheels Park Beckenham

Wheels Park is part of Long Park, constructed by the State Government under the raised rail line in Beckenham.

Wickling Drive Reserve

This local park of just over 4,500 square metres includes play equipment, a half basketball court and generous open grassed areas for children's play or other recreational pursuits such as small gatherings.

Woodlupine Brook Reserve

This narrow linear reserve provides pedestrian connectivity from Mills Park through the residential areas north until it reaches Roe Highway and is a dog off lead area.
