The Addie Mills Centre provides a welcoming space for community members aged 55+ to socialise and pursue their personal interests.
With a broad variety of weekly programs, there is something for everyone to enjoy throughout the week.
The centre also features the Grow and Share cart. Take what you need and give what you can. If you have an abundance of fresh produce and can share, come down and leave it on the cart for your community.
Programs and Services:
- Capacity building programs for seniors including Brain Training, Exergaming, Scrabble, Singing, Drums Alive and more.
- Monthly activities such as workshops and outings. Subscribe to receive the Seniors quarterly e-newsletter here
- Free bus service to access the centre
Volunteering gets you involved in your community while helping others. The Addie Mills Centre provides many programs and services to seniors that require volunteers. If you’re interested in volunteering, please contact the Addie Mills Centre.
Venue hire for meetings and workshops are available, for "not for profit organisations" that provide services to seniors and their families.
