Jingle All the Way - Frequently Asked Questions

Jingle All the Way will be held on Saturday 12 December from 5pm - 9pm.

Centennial Pioneer Park & Civic Centre Gardens.

You can drive, walk, cycle or use public transport. There will be limited parking near the venue.

Jingle All the Way will feature a vast array of family friendly activities, including light installations, a Christmas maze, festive characters along the trail, live entertainment on stage as well as roving performers, Santa photo opportunity and Christmas crafts.

Over 15 food vendors will be present at Jingle All the Way, offering a range of different foods. Many will offer dishes to suit specific dietary requirements.

Please note that this is an alcohol-free event and BYO alcohol is not permitted.

Free drinking water will be available at the hydration stations.

Entry to Jingle All the Way is free and there will be a wide range of free activities for families to enjoy.   The City is also providing a free photo with Santa until 8.45pm, click on Santa Photos for more information.

The event will still go ahead if it’s raining unless there are severe weather warnings that will compromise the safety of the event.

Remember to check the weather before attending the event to make sure you’re dressed appropriately. If it’s raining, pack a poncho or raincoat!

Expressions of Interest for food vendors close on Monday 7 September at 4pm.  You can enter your EOI at the Food traders webpage.

Yes, facilities include universally accessible parking, toilets. Please be mindful that this is an outdoor event on dirt and grassed areas so there may be uneven surfaces. 

There are ACROD parking bays at the Civic Centre Carpark for ACROD cardholders.

Licensed security and crowd control will be present at the event to help keep you safe. We ask that all attendees follow the directions of security and crowd control.

Constable Care will also be joining us at Jingle All the Way. Stop by their marquee or ask a member of staff for a child’s identification sticker. If you become separated from your child, please alert a member of staff in the area. Found children will be taken to the Constable Care marquee.

There will be live music performed between 5pm and 9pm. All volume levels will be monitored to ensure compliance with local government regulations.

All lost property will be stored at the onsite information kiosk during the event. Unclaimed lost property will be taken to the City of Gosnells Civic Centre building at 2120 Albany Highway, Gosnells, and held for seven days.

St John Ambulance trained first aiders will be onsite for the duration of the event. Please report any medical emergencies to a member of staff.
