Since launching in October 2025, the City of Gosnells Libraries app has been downloaded by over 7,000 library members. 

In November and December, Library Services will be running special Tech Help sessions, showing you how to:

• Download and set up the City of Gosnells Library app
• Search and browse our physical and digital collections
• Borrow items
• Manage reservations and loans
• Get alerts for items on hold
• Link your family’s cards in one place
• Print directly from your phone
• Access our many free services

These special Library App Help sessions will be available for up to three people at a time, at Gosnells Library in November and Thornlie Library in December.

Bookings are essential. Call or visit the Library to secure your spot in a session. When you attend a session, please ensure that you bring:

• Your smartphone
• Your City of Gosnells Library card
