Cancel direct debit

If you currently pay your rates via direct debit and wish to cancel the agreement please complete the form below.

Once submitted, your direct debit will be cancelled and no further payments will be debited from your account; if received within a minimum of 4 business days’ notice from next drawing.

Please note:

  • Any outstanding balance will be payable and will accrue late payment interest until paid in full.
  • Payments will be cancelled before the next scheduled debit date if this form is received 48 hours prior to debit date
