This district reserve located adjacent to Roe Highway accommodates netball, softball and athletics. It is home to Southern Districts Netball Association, Dale Districts Men’s Softball and Gosnells and Districts Little Athletics.
There are 22 netball courts with grandstand seating, eight softball pitches of all different sizes and an oval for athletics which provides ample recreational opportunity for sports players.
A securely fenced playground located near the netball courts provides a range of play equipment for children of all abilities along Langford Avenue and another playground is located near the softball pitches for children’s play.
A large number of designated parking bays are available off Wingrove Road and Nightjar Lane making accessing all areas easy.
Change rooms and kiosk facilities including the Bev Bridson Pavillion also available.

This park runs almost the entire length of the boundary line between Langford and Beckenham and along the Djarlgarra (Canning river) between Nicholson Road and Roe Highway.
