Membership

Memberships can be activated on your first visit to the Centre. Discounted Rates available for Concession Card Holders.

Cancellations

Should a member wish to cancel their membership a request must be made in writing. Ongoing members need to give at least three days notice prior to their next direct debit. As per our Terms & Conditions the City is not obliged to refund any portion of the members' fees. No money will be refunded for direct debits that have already occurred. Cancellation Form

Holds

Should a member wish to put their membership on hold a request must be made in writing, by email or by completing a form at Reception. Hold Request Form 

A date range must be provided and at least three days notice prior to a direct debit for Ongoing memberships.

Three month memberships can have holds applied for medical reasons only, accompanied by a medical certificate.

12 month memberships can be put on hold for medical or non medical reasons. Non medical holds will not exceed two months.
