The Castle Drop-In is a free, welcoming program that provides young people aged 10 - 18 years with a safe place to connect, have fun and relax during the school term. Whether you're looking to meet new friends, catch up with mates, try something creative or simply unwind after school, The Castle offers a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone is welcome.
Young people can enjoy a range of activities including table tennis, foosball, art and craft activities, gaming on Xbox and Wii consoles, and access to a variety of sports equipment. The program encourages social connection, participation and positive recreation, giving young people opportunities to build confidence, develop friendships and explore new interests in a relaxed setting.
Qualified Youth Workers are present at every session to provide support, guidance and a friendly ear whenever needed. Light refreshments are available, and unless otherwise stated, all activities are free to attend. With no registration required, The Castle Drop-In offers an accessible and enjoyable space where young people can belong, have fun and make the most of their free time.
Facilitators schedule these much-loved programs in advance. In the event of unexpected circumstances, such as inclement weather or illness, scheduled programs may be subject to alteration or postponement at short notice. To ensure you stay informed and prepared for any changes related to this program, we encourage all participants to stay connected with the City of Gosnells Youth Instagram page as the event date approaches.
