What is the main aim of the project?
The purpose of the Structure Plan is to guide and facilitate future development of the area for urban purposes. This Structure Plan also forms part of a request to lift the MRS Urban Deferment over the subject area. Further information on the Structure Plan is available below.
What has been happening?
- Council Adoption of the Structure Plan (SP)
- Submission of a formal request to the State Government to formally adopt the SP
- Council support of WAPC in approving the plan.
