Described as 'meditation in motion', tai Chi offers a range of physical and mental health benefits and improves strength and balance, which is important for falls prevention as people age.

Have a go in this friendly social class that is suitable for a wide range of experience levels. Sessions can be undertaken in a chair, if preferred.

This program is open to City of Gosnells residents aged 55+

Bookings are taken every term for this program. Term 2 bookings will be taken from 8am Monday 17 April 2023.

The Thornlie Park Centre is the City's newest community centre located on Thornlie Avenue in Thornlie. This purpose built centre is home to the Thornlie Bowling Club and Thornlie Tennis Club, as well as providing two hireable community spaces.
Mills Park Centre is a modern facility that can be booked for social functions, community events and general activities.
