How we sleep at night affects how we enjoy our days. However, a good sleep seems harder to find as we get older. Does it have to be that way?

Dr Sue McCabe is an occupational therapist who focuses on sleep for people of all ages, with all kinds of health conditions.

She loves learning what science tells us about sleep, and translating this into practical steps that will suit everyone, in their own everyday settings.

In this session she will provide an overview of some of the key steps which can make a big difference to your sleep.

Please note this seminar series is open to City of Gosnells residents aged 55+.

Bookings are essential and will be taken from 8am on Wednesday 28 September 2022.
