This May, join in this series of 3 hands-on workshops facilitated by registered Public Health

Nutritionist, Nicole Ingram from Grow Cook Eat WA. At each workshop you will cook delicious foods, make new friends and learn tips and tricks to help you stay healthy. Sign up to any or all workshops, places are limited. Please note, payment is due prior to the day of each workshop. 

 

Workshop 1: Joint friendly Cuisine - May 14

Learn some delicious, easy-to-prepare recipes that support joint health, reduce inflammation

and are easy to prepare. Gain some nutrition and cooking tips that support joint health to

make cooking for one or two easier and more enjoyable.

            

Workshop 2: Brain boosting Nutrition – May 21

Discover the power of nutrition to support memory, focus, and overall brain health. In this

interactive workshop, you’ll learn the top 10 brain boosting foods and recipes to match! Also,

hear other tips and tricks to help make planning what to cook easy, healthy and interesting.      

 

Workshop 3: Waste not, want not! – May 28

Join us to transform everyday ingredients into tasty dishes, minimize waste, save money and

embrace a more sustainable lifestyle. You’ll cook some delicious recipes and learn many

ways to use leftovers to reduce food waste when cooking for one or two.

 

This event is open to City of Gosnells resident aged 55+.
