Soils are the foundation of our terrestrial environments. Having healthy soil is critical for a healthy garden, whether its growing food, flowers or beautiful trees.

Underpinning healthy soil is the soil food-web, a microcosm of soil organisms and organic matter that can turn dirt into healthy soil.

·         Common soils in Perth region

·         Soil amendments and treatments that build healthy soil

·         Ongoing management techniques to keep soil healthy
