Game space and teen zones

Parents please note that children under 6 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Children between 6 and 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult, or older sibling (13 years and over).

Game space

Unfortunately the Wii gaming consoles are not currently available due to social distancing requirements.

The libraries at Amherst Village, Kenwick and Thornlie have Wii gaming consoles and lots of games to play within the library, FREE!.

Library members may book the Wii for an hour (conditions apply, see link below). Tournaments and contests are held throughout the year, and they're not just for kids. Check out the "What's on at the library?" pages for details of the next session.

Teen Zones

Young adults are encouraged to hangout at the library in their own special zones.

The Knowledge Centre has Foxtel for free access, and all four libraries have books, magazines, comics and other materials specially published for teens. Library computers and wifi are accessible free to members, or teens might like to check out the computers (and other cool stuff) at one of the City's youth spaces.
